Day-2: Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) and Theoretical Modeling
A guide to Framework based SLRs: Types and Popular frameworks, Detailed discussion and explanation using MS-Excel for literature review based on popular frameworks like ADO, TCCM, ADO-TCM, 5W+1H, IMO, etc., Discussion of seminal papers for SLRs, Understanding the different types of Research Gaps, Formulation of Research Questions and Research Objectives, Classification and Operationalization of Variables: Independent vs Dependent Variables, Introduction to the IMPACT Framework, Theory selection and theoretical modeling through the IMPACT Framework. Hands-on experience using MS-Excel.
Day-3: Practical SLR Execution
Search strategies and keyword development (Boolean search strings), Database selection (Scopus, Web of Science), Literature synthesis and research gap identification, Hand holding for conducting ADO–TCM using MS-Excel, Creating a structured SLR data sheet.
Day-4: Crafting High-Quality SLR Papers and Synopsis
Converting SLR findings into publishable papers, Journal selection strategies, Handling reviewer comments and revisions, Critical analysis of published SLR papers, Structure of a synopsis, Common mistakes in synopsis and manuscript writing, Step-by-step mentoring for effective synopsis writing.
Day-5: Practice and Revision
